Evette is the Broker & owner of ELM Properties. She holds a BS in Marketing from Delaware State University and an MBA from Wilmington University. Evette was recently appointed to the board of Global Volunteers, an international volunteer organization. This allows her to combine her passions of volunteering her time to help those in need while traveling the world. Evette has visited all 7 continents and has volunteered her time to countless non-profit and fundraising efforts like MS Bike to the Bay, Special Olympics, Meals on Wheels and many others. Evette is also a Real Estate investment coach and sits on the board of her local civic association. As an experienced Real Estate Broker, she specializes in Residential and Investment Real Estate. Since purchasing her first investment property in 2003, Evette has been involved in real estate as an Investor and Property Manager in New Castle County. In 2008, she became a Real Estate Agent and has enjoyed the interaction with her clients. Now as a Real Estate Broker, Evette prides herself on paying close attention to detail as well as the needs and unique situations of her clients and agents. Theron is a full time Realtor with ELM Properties. He began in 2008 working primarily as a general contractor specializing in repair and remodeling for property management and investments. In 2012 Theron started his own general contracting company, licensed in Delaware. His training and experience includes certifications as a HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector and EPA Lead RRP renovator. These certifications assisted Theron in becoming well versed in investment and property management rules and requirements for safety and quality of the final product whether for resale or rental. It was more than a natural transition from investor/contractor to Realtor. As a first year Realtor, Theron has assisted Investor Clients and Residential sales clients list and purchase homes and investment properties. Theron comes from a background in Military and Criminal Justice sprinkled with technology. He served 10 years in the Marine Corp including a tour in the Gulf War, and then transitioned into 6 years of Law Enforcement as a Reserve Police Officer and Corrections Supervisor working in some of the more challenging institutions in California. Theron brings from that world dedication and strength to do the things that need to be done. Theron loves bicycle riding and along with his wife formed a cycling team so they could enjoy the outdoors and miles of open road with family and friends.
Edwin Lucus is the Director of Operations and a full time Realtor for ELM Properties, a full service Real Estate Brokerage that provides services in Real Estate sales, Residential Rentals, and Property Management, located in Wilmington, DE. Edwin is a graduate of Wesley College where he received his Associates and Bachelors in Business Administration. While in school, Ed was building a career throughout Delaware in Property Management. Working with companies like ELM Properties and The Galman Group, Ed has built a vast knowledge of real estate while providing amazing customer service, exceptional management, and teamwork to all aspects of his professional career. A family man, married and a father of two boys, Ed is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys sports, music and showing clients all Delaware has to offer.
Evan Ward is a driven and thorough innovator from Middletown, Delaware. Evan graduated from Howard University in D.C. and subsequently worked in strategic partnerships at the United States Chamber of Commerce and as a management consultant with the firm Kearney in Chicago.
On top of his work experience, he has founded two businesses – a pickup and dry-cleaning laundry service and a community-oriented learning platform. It was in this learning platform that he began to delve deeper into understanding real estate markets. That further knowledge is what finally led Evan to pursue a profession as a Realtor. His experience, both professionally and entrepreneurially, allowed him to develop skill sets of communication, financial analysis and resiliency that make him a great Realtor.
